No parties or events allowed, without preapproval from the host.
Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Please respect our neighbors’ quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM till 07:00 AM.
No unregistered guests are allowed to sleep overnight.
Please do not rearrange any furniture without permission from the host.
You are responsible for any damages which may occur.
Any missing or damaged items will be charged “retail” cost through the Airbnb/VRBO portal or removed from your security deposit.

If a pet(s) will be joining you:
Must be approved in advance by the host.
You must pay in advance the required and agreed upon pet fees.
Do not leave your pets outside or alone in the house if they are likely to bark or cause damage.
If a pet is left alone in the house, they must be left in the lower level, with the door to the main level closed.
Must clean up after your pet(s) inside and outside of the house.
You are financially responsible for any damage your pet(s) cause.

For COVID-19 precautions please:
-Do not wear shoes in the house.
-Wash any dishes used with as hot of water as safely possible. Do not leave any dirty dishes upon checkout.
-Wipe bathroom and kitchen surfaces with provided disinfectant wipes at checkout.
-Put all towels and sheets in a single pile by the washer upon checkout.
-Collect ALL trash into the main trash bin (in the kitchen) upon checkout.

Upon checkout, please put back any rearranged furniture and don’t forget to log out of your profiles on any smart TV.
